Have 2 or 3 people who would love to retreat together, but need a few more to reach our 4-person minimum? Tell us what you're looking for and we'll see if we can help connect you with other crafters who may be interested in joining your dates.

How It Works

• Tell us about your group and preferred dates using the form below.
• We'll post the details on our website and social media based on dates, craft interests, and other details you provide.
  • The listing will be posted here: Open Retreat Opportunities
• If we find a potential match, we'll attempt to connect you so you can decide if it's a good fit.
• Once your group reaches at least 4 people, the retreat can be confirmed and booked.

A Few Things to Know

• Your group must have 2–3 people already committed when you submit the form.
• Southern Treasures can accommodate 4–6 guests per retreat.
• You, the group organizer, will decide who joins your group and are responsible for coordinating the entire reservation.
• Southern Treasures provides the retreat space but does not organize activities, classes, meals, or the group itself.
• Submitting the form does not reserve your dates. Dates remain tentative (open) until the minimum number of guests is reached and the retreat is booked.
• A connection does not guarantee a spot. You and the other crafters can decide if the group is a good fit before booking.
